Returns Policy

Returns 

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including any original packaging) with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we’ll give you a credit note or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. 

Cancellation
Orders May be cancelled up to it has been processed after Purchasing and may incur a £30 Administration Fee. However, if the items are processed and sent out, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Faulty items 

Please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item, if the item you received has a manufacturing defect or damaged, anything outside this period will not be credited. 

Terms & condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for further information.

By original condition we mean

  • Original packaging and labels must be kept in good condition and the product can be resold at full price 
  • The product has not been used

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, please contact us via including a receipt or proof of purchase with your name and order number. The return shipped costs will be covered by the buyer to our UK returns centre, this address will be provided via email. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received your returned item, this will included the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you refund is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.

If you have not received your refund after 14 days from approval, please contact us at support@macelondon.com. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at support@macelondon.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of original shipping are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Seller will be responsible for any loss of damage via return shipping, shipping insurance is recommend.
